Operation
The operating principle of the asphalt distributor is to pump the hot asphalt from the asphalt storage pool into an asphalt tank through an asphalt pump; Transport it to the construction site and heat the asphalt to working temperature by the heating system; Open the asphalt pump and spraying valve by operating electrical apparatus control system; According to three overlapping spraying effect to spray the hot asphalt on pavement based on measured distributing amount and pressure. The residual asphalt in the pipeline will be transported into the asphalt tank after finishing the work.
Introduction

A good anticorrosive and durable insulation layer makes sure the temperature drops no more than 12℃/8h (Under normal temperature)
The tank adopts an imported diesel burner, high combustion efficiency and high heating efficiency, automatic ignition and automatic temperature control system, operation security, and stability.
The power supply system adopts engine PTO, stable operation.) It ensures spray at the very first starting point.
It adopts JOHNSON asphalt pump and JOHNSON heat oil pump
Spray width is controlled by multiple air cylinders; each air cylinder can be adjusted freely and controlled independently.
The control system is equipped with 2 sets of independent systems manual and automatic to make sure the machine can work at any time. The configured radar and encoder measure the precise vehicle speed and pump speed separately to control the spraying amount in construction. The cab is equipped with a construction monitoring device and automatic operating board.
External power can realize auto-circulated heating without the main engine (patent no. ZL03241904.X). This patent will reduce engine wear, prolong the service life of the main engine, and save energy (save about 10t of diesel per year). It is likely to make auto-circulated heating by the main engine without external power.)
The humanized design of the control system could not only control remotely but also operate on-site, which makes the operation more convenient.
