We are an asphalt distributor truck manufacturer and this asphalt distributor truck with 5000 liters asphalt tank is specialized equipment for heating and spraying asphalt emulsion for road construction and maintenance applications. It is equipped with diesel burner for heating asphalt with high efficiency, with wide distributing width of 6 meter. The heated asphalt is distributed by the rotating spray nozzle for uniform application and the spray nozzle is easy to clean and maintain.

Work System:

The asphalt tank is equipped with a diesel burner for high combustion efficiency, high heating rate, as well as safe and stable operation.

The external asphalt tank coatings are packed by stainless steel polished plates to be corrosion resistant, durable, and for superior heat preservation. The temperature is decreased ≤12℃/8h (room temperature).

The asphalt spray bar can be folded to meet the requirements about travelling and construction.

2. 2. Adjustable spray amount based on the viscosity of the medium; 

3. 3. Two sets of control systems (cab and back operating platform) and newly launched GPS remote control and diagnose system. (We also launched a Standard type at lower price and high spray effect in 2005).

We have three kinds of Asphalt Distributors: 

Ordinary, Standard and Intelligent. Prices range from 10,000 to 1 million based on the type, capacity and configuration.

Q3. What is the difference between Intelligent Asphalt Distributor and Standard Asphalt Distributor?

A-Intelligent: The whole operation can be carried out in the cab; Standard: Manual operation.

B-Intelligent: Imported accessories list as following :
