• The ISUZU chassis is brand new and LHD, providing stable and reliable quality that is suitable for long-distance use, particularly for customers who live far from the bitumen asphalt manufacturing site. The truck's ample capacity reduces the need for round trips.

• It has a high capacity for maintenance operations on various surfaces and occasions, making maintenance and repair low-cost, fast, flexible, safe, and efficient, with the ability to work 24 hours a day. This truck can be utilized on highways, municipal roads, maintenance and construction of national and provincial arterial lines, rural roads, and factory areas.

• There is 2 independent 1-ton gravel mixing containers on the truck to ensure an adequate supply of bitumen asphalt. These containers can discharge materials separately or simultaneously according to the size of the repair pit, allowing for the simultaneous completion of two types of bitumen asphalt grading. The truck is also equipped with a 500L asphalt tank and 200L emulsified asphalt tank for construction needs.

• The truck is equipped with remote control operation for added safety and speed. It has a total of 7 functions, including the production of new bitumen asphalt mixture, cold or used bitumen asphalt pavement recycling, milling of 100% on-site heating, hot asphalt spreading, crack filling, emulsified asphalt spraying, and power and hydraulic power.

• It has a highly efficient thermal regeneration function, allowing for 100% recycling of old asphalt pavement and the direct use of waste asphalt mixture obtained from pit digging without pulverization. This results in large output, high efficiency, low construction cost, exceptional energy savings, and environmental protection.

• The mixing process utilizes vertical mixing, indirect heating, and hot air circulation technology, ensuring that the bitumen asphalt does not burn or age during regeneration and that the aggregate and filler do not segregate during the production of new bitumen asphalt. The waste and old materials have a 100% regeneration rate, and the bitumen asphalt can be accurately measured with the ability to add new gravel or hot asphalt in any proportion.

• The asphalt pump and pipeline are built-in, solving the problem of bitumen asphalt blockage and allowing for no-cleaning after use.

  The truck features high-efficiency hot gas secondary utilization heating technology and high-efficiency quadruple water mist water dedusting technology, providing a smoke-free and dust-free work environment while being energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The full hydraulic drive provides stable and reliable operation, and the asphalt heating device is monitored and tested by an intelligent temperature control system to ensure proper temperature and loading capacity.

• Hot bitumen asphalt sprinkling and crack filling are performed via electric heating tubes without the need for cleaning. The truck is equipped with a strong power hydraulic motor and a stainless steel container for durability, resistance to corrosion, and prolonged service life. It also has a single hydraulic cylinder chain climbing type lifting device for added stability and reliability.

• The truck comes with truck-mounted lifting tools for easy transport of small construction equipment. It is also equipped with a 200L emulsified asphalt spraying system and automatic pipeline suction function, and the built-in stirring piece can stir forward and backward 360° for uniform stirring and thorough discharge.
