Product performance characteristics

• This device is designed for the long-distance transportation of large quantities of hot asphalt mix, with excellent heat preservation capabilities. The option for thermal regeneration is available, with a maximum single thermal regeneration output of 12 cubic meters.

• The insulation material of the silo is ≥5cm thick, ensuring excellent insulation for long-distance transportation. The asphalt mixture can be thermally regenerated using fully enclosed forced twin-shaft mixing.

• The device can be equipped with an automatic spraying system for diesel oil application to prevent the asphalt mixture from sticking. The silo can also be directly sprayed with water to effectively reduce dust.

• A temperature sensor can be installed around the silo to monitor the mixture temperature in real-time from the cab. The spiral discharge at the tail eliminates residual material and eliminates the need for silo cleaning.
