• The chassis exhaust gas and an optional burner are used to insulate the silo, resulting in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient system.

• The material box is fully sealed to prevent any material or smoke leakage.

• The silo insulation material is ≥5cm thick, making it suitable for long-distance transportation of large quantities of hot asphalt mix with excellent insulation effects.

• The feeding structure features a fully open butterfly cover design, allowing for discharge from the mixing station or loading by a loader.

• The discharge can be self-unloading for fast and efficient output with no dead angles or residue, and it can also be controlled manually using a hydraulic system.

• The device is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system to spray diesel oil and prevent the asphalt mixture from sticking in the warehouse. It can also be directly sprayed with water to effectively reduce dust.

• With a large 20m3 volume, this equipment meets the needs of customers for large construction volumes and reduces transportation costs.

• Temperature sensors around the silo allow for real-time temperature monitoring of the mixture from the cab.
