1. Description
CSC transit mixer truck with heavy duty, robust and durable structure for toughest job on steep slope in tropical and humid environment at high ambient temperatures. Mixer drum driven separately by an engine. Powerful, fuel efficient with low exhaust emissions. Having improved water / fuel purifying system for increased water / fuel purification and oil bath pre-cleaner for better engine life in dusty environment. Offering best safety features. Easy service and maintenance access design. Mixer designed based on Sinotruk HOWO 6x4 chassis with reliable hydraulic system, water supplying system and good performance controlling system. Mixer truck with frame, wheel housing and a 8 cubic meter silo. Mixer drum’s steeper angle which increases capacity and allows for quick load and unload capabilities.
2. Working principle
The mixer truck takes the power from the power take-off through the rear end of the engine flywheel, and transmits the power to the variable plunger hydraulic pump through the universal joint shaft. The high-pressure oil of the hydraulic pump drives the quantitative plunger motor, and the hydraulic motor transmits the power to the reducer. Drive the mixing drum to rotate forward or reverse to realize feed agitation, stirring or discharging. The output flange of the reducer can be deflected in the range of ±6°, which can compensate for the displacement of the axis of the mixing drum, and ensure that the driving of the mixing drum is not affected by the distortion of the vehicle during the driving process.
