Description

ISUZU FVR Water Foam Truck mounted based on ISUZU FVR chassis, which feature optimized wheelbases for greater load capacity and body-mounting capability. It can be widely used in public security fire brigade, factories and mines, communities, docks and other places to fight large-scale general material fires.

The Fire Truck is equipped with ISUZU 6HK1 Turbo 6 cylinder high power diesel engine with manual transmission, rear-mounted XIAOZHEN approx 2400LPM, P.T.O. driven high quality fire pump, and with brass material adjustable fire monitor delivers 2400 liters of water per minute. The tank 8cbm capacity(5cbm water and 3cbm foam), is fabricated from stainless steel/carbon steel, automatically welded, and the interior is coated with anti-corrosion.

Fire Pump


The fire pump is made of pump body, two reciprocating primer device, medium and low voltage conversion pneumatic valve, gear box, speed-measuring gear, and back pressure valve etc.

Pump Body

Gate vane as a diversion, allows radial pump shaft to balance the back of the impeller using gimbal , and opening balance of the hole, thus balancing the pump shaft axial force, improve efficiency and service life of the pumpPump shaft pressure end is mechanical seal, the sealing performance is greatly improved.

Primer

Two reciprocating primer device installed in the gearbox.The piston pump is driven by a belt pulley on the pump shaft, when the primer is started, the piston will reciprocate and start diverting water under the eccentric mechanism. When the pressure reaches 0.2Mpa, the pressure controller will automatically cut off the power supply and stop working automatically.

Gear Box

The gearbox is driven by one-stage helical gears. Lubricating oil is injected into the box, and a radiator is installed. The pressure water is introduced by the pump to cool the oil temperature in the box, thereby improving the transmission efficiency of the gearbox and improving the transmission conditions of gears and bearings. The gear ratio of the gearbox is determined according to the engine speed and the power take-off ratio.


Fire Monitor

The fire monitor is composed of base, shell, nozzle, fire gun barrel, horizontal rotation and other mechanisms. The body of the fire monitor can be rotated horizontally and tilted, and can achieve reliable positioning and locking, so as to facilitate the evacuation of firefighters.

Fit for firefighting with water or foam and deliver thousands of liters of water per minute, reaching 60 meters and more.

The full 2” waterway provides flows of up to 2400 LPM.

Cast-in turning vanes for efficient flow and minimal friction loss.

Corrosion resistant aluminum alloy construction.

With full 360° rotation capabilities and adjustable elevation of 100° travel from 60° above and 40° below the horizontal, the fire monitor is with the stainless steel tiller handle.

Turbocharger

The turbocharger realizes high output from small displacement. The result is improved fuel economy and reduced emissions.

Common-rail fuel injection system

Electronic control injects fuel at extremely high pressure in 1/1000 second units and determines optimal injection amounts, reducing NOx and particulate matter.
