2500 Liters Water Firefighter Truck

Isuzu 100P Water Tank Fire Truck is composed of the type II truck chassis, water tank, water pump, pipeline, instrument circuit system and other components. The vehicle is equipped with aluminum alloy rear climbing ladder (removable), the pump compartment is at the rear of the vehicle. The tank body is fabricated from stainless steel/carbon steel, automatically welded, and the interior is coated with anti-corrosion. The Water Tank Fire Truck capacity is 2.5 cubic meters. It is equipped with a fire pump capacity 1800LPM@10BAR pressure and a fire monitor capacity [email protected].

FEATURES

Fire Pump Anti-corrosion seal, large capacity When the fire truck is working, the fire pump needs to be pressurized to meet the water pressure and water volume requirements during fire fighting. Fire pump standard meets and comply with reference standard of GB6245-1998. ●  Generates GB6245-1998 equivalent with EN1028 rated flows from 1200 LPM to 10,200 LPM. ●  Single stage centrifugal design features a low pressure impeller on a steel shaft. ●  Supplied with a ready-to-use mounting platform for ease of installation. ●  Low pressure single-stage centrifugal pump, air-controlled truck rear-mounted, two reciprocating primer pump. ●  Power Take – Off (PTO), Full torque fly wheel PTO through vehicle engine or gear box.

●  The platform incorporates all necessary pump drainage connections and lifting points for forklift use.

●  The modular delivery manifold allows for flexibility of installation configurations.

●  Multi-options inlet/outlet sizes to suit pumped water.

●  Automatic, twin high efficiency piston primers for quick priming.

●  All switching for pump operation is installed at the operator's stand at the rear of the Vehicle.

Fire Monitor

Light and flexible, adjust freely

The fire monitor is composed of base, shell, nozzle, fire gun barrel, horizontal rotation and other mechanisms.

The body of the fire water cannon can be rotated horizontally and tilted, and can achieve reliable positioning and locking, so as to facilitate the evacuation of firefighters.

●  Fit for firefighting with water or foam and deliver thousands of liters of water per minute, reaching 150 meters and more.

●  The innovative, flow-optimized 'Oval Flat Design' ensures minimum pressure loss, enabling maximum throw & reach for the monitors.

●  The full 2” waterway provides flows of up to 1200 LPM and is fitted with built in flow-efficient turning vanes to achieve maximum performance at all times.

●  With full 360° rotation capabilities and adjustable elevation of 100° travel from 60° above and 40° below the horizontal, the fire monitor is infinitely maneuverable via the stainless steel tiller handle.
