● Cab

Flat-cab with a fully enclosed metal cabin, featuring a double-row crew cab and a panoramic curved windshield. Customize with optional new front cover, front bumper, front combination lamps, doors and windows, and front wall under cover.

● Water Tank

Constructed from premium carbon steel, featuring a welded framework, and fortified with vertical and horizontal anti-sway plates, this product undergoes advanced anti-corrosion treatment. Alternatively, stainless steel materials are available for use.

 

 

● Pump Cabinet

The fire pump has the flexibility to be installed either in the middle or at the rear of the truck. Newly incorporated are user-friendly, high-strength aluminum alloy rolling doors, located on both the left and right sides of the pump room and equipment cabinets.

● Equipment Compartment

It is crafted using the integrated tower connection technology found in aluminum alloy profiles introduced in Europe, boasting a comprehensive connection structure.

 

● Electrical System

The cab's front features an extended line of cautionary indicators, while the rear boasts a 24V, 60W fire field light. Atop the vehicle, red and blue flashing lights complement each other, accompanied by safety signage below. Inside the passenger compartment, equipment box, and pump room, lighting fixtures illuminate the space, while 100W alarms, rotating warning light switches, and communication equipment preparation interfaces are all installed for operational readiness.

 

● Test Centre

Revised: In the standardized smart factory workshop, a dedicated facility is allocated for testing fire trucks, specifically focusing on evaluating the performance of their hydraulic systems. Implementing a continuous inspection system for fire trucks is crucial to upholding their quality standards. The hydraulic performance testing setup for fire trucks encompasses a range of assessments, including a 7-meter suction depth test for the fire pump, examinations for maximum vacuum and tightness, continuous operation trials for the pump, and real-time recording, archiving, and printing of data from every detection point during overload operation tests.
