The Waste Compactor Truck is designed for refuse collection, packing, transporting, and unloading with integrated combined operations. Compactor Garbage Tank System Body mounted based on FOTON truck chassis consists of a sub frame connected to the truck chassis, a high-strength wear-resistant steel plates welded tank, hopper composites of sliding plates, sweep panel and other components to collect and compact garbage, a hydraulically opening tailgate and the garbage bin tipper. The Waste Compactor Truck is controlled by Front Manual control, and rear bush button control, which enables each operation command to be executed in sequence, so as to realize the automatic cycle work
Body and Compaction System
Tank/Hopper/Ejector Panel/ all adopts High tensile steel, corrosion resistance, and the thickness of 5~6mm. The compaction ratio is 1:2~1:3. And sewage water relieves of sludge tank of capacity under the tailgate with a leakproof discharging outlet to prevent secondary pollution.
Containers Lifting Devices
High capacity articulated arm lifting device works in two stages with four double effects hydraulic cylinders to ensure the lifting and lowering of containers smoothly. Can lift standard 120/240/770 and 1100 liter. steel and plastic containers

Painting / Finishing
The exterior and interior of the tank are spray-painted with high-quality paint. Spray-painted with two coats of superior quality anti-corrosive primer and two coats of enamel metal paint of a reputed make, white color on all exterior surfaces that is normally painted with a color other than black.
