Two-way compression technology, combined with the application of the research results of compaction mechanism, ensures that the garbage of different components is compacted evenly and fills the entire carriage, achieving no dead ends and no gaps. Under the same compartment volume, the garbage loading capacity is increased by about 20%, and a single loading only takes about 14 seconds.

Environmental friendly and reliable

In order to ensure that the garbage can be fully compacted during the compression process, the solid-liquid separation mode is adopted, and a sewage tank is arranged at the lower part of the hopper of the loader. A double-layer rubber seal is used between the garbage body and the filler, and a sewage diversion and collection device is installed at the seal to effectively prevent sewage dripping. When the loader lifts and unloads, the hanging plate can carry out secondary cleaning to ensure that there is no residue left.

Adopts high-pressure fine filtration technology ensures that the cleanliness of hydraulic oil meets the NAS9 standard, which has the advantages of high safety factor, short operation cycle time, and good sealing performance.
