1. The hook Loader truck serves the purpose of collecting, transporting, and unloading urban bags and bulk domestic garbage through specialized vehicle operations.
2. Comprising a chassis, main cylinder for the boom, auxiliary frame, overturning frame, locking device, multi-way reversing valve for the locking cylinder, and more, the hook loader truck features a turning frame connected to the auxiliary frame at one end and a movable boom at the other, with a locking system in between. The cylinder of the movable boom connects one end to the boom itself and the other to the auxiliary frame. The locking mechanism, activated by the lock cylinder, facilitates the tipping of the enclosure attached to the frame, integrating the box body and the frame through repeated flipping and boom movement. When the tipping angle is reached, the locking cylinder secures the frame, enabling the main oil cylinder or the movable boom to drag underground dustbins onto the frame or return them underground.
3. The hook Loader truck streamlines the transportation of both underground garbage bins and their contents, thereby reducing worker labor. Widely adopted globally for garbage collection and transportation, this mode enables a single hook loader to accommodate multiple containers, significantly cutting down on equipment costs and space requirements.
