FAW 6CBM Rear Loader Truck

FAW 6CBM Rear Loader Truck is mounted on a FAW light-duty chassis truck and designed to collect loose garbage, compact it to a minimum size, and transfer it to the treatment plant. The garbage truck superstructure is mounted with a rigid connection at the rear, and a flexible connection in front to provide the required elasticity. 1. Capacity is designed based on the chassis loading weight.
2. Body shall be fabricated from high-quality Steel sheets (5 mm thick floor, 4 mm side wall, and top plate) with a well-designed shape for a better aesthetic and reinforced by front and rear stiffeners.

Collecting and Compacting

1. Compaction plate is heavily reinforced & fabricated from high-strength mild steel 6mm thickness.

2. The hopper full of loose garbage is compressed between the packing blade and the ejector panel.
3. The garbage inside the hopper is taken into the body via an ejector sweep shovel by double-acting cylinders.

Discharging

The ejector panel is fabricated from high strong 6mm thick mild steel plate.

A large access opening at the front of the body is provided to attend to the front of the ejection mechanism.

The hydraulic telescopic cylinder extends and retracts the ejector over the full length of the body and is double acting.
