BRIEF

SINOTRUK 8CBM Rear Loader Truck is mounted on SINOTRUK HOWO light-duty chassis truck, and designed for garbage collection and transfer developed by CSCTRUCK with the introduction of international advanced technology. CSCTRUCK Rear Loader Body Manufacturer can do custom-built designs for the necessary requirements required for the projects.

FEATURES

Rear Loader Garbage Truck Body

1. Smooth finish side panels with fewer welded external joints for reduced rust.
2. All reinforcements of the body, are in the form of “U” shaped braces and full-seam welded on the body sheets, of thickness ST-52/4.0 mm.

3. Garbage Compactor body is welded and formed by high-quality corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant Q235 steel plates (5 mm thick floor, 4 mm side wall plate).

Collecting and Compacting

1. The compaction ratio (volumetric) varies between 3:1 to 6:1 according to the characteristic of the garbage.

2. The loose garbage inside the hopper is taken into the body via a sweeper shovel being actuated by two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, and then after being pushed into the body by two double-acting sled cylinders.
3. Hopper is fabricated by high abrasive resistant 6mm steel material, optional HARDOX.

Discharging

The ejector moves backward to compress the refuse or to eject it outside of the container if the tailgate opens.

The double-acting cylinder moves the ejector forward and backward.

Operation and Control

CAN BUS control system, electric and manual control combination.
