FEATURES

 

1. The LEDUC 2-way high-pressure plunger pump, a renowned European brand, adheres to standard specifications.

2. The fuel tank, enlarged to 100 liters, is a European-manufactured assembly, complete with essential features such as an oil return filter, air filter, integrated liquid level, and oil temperature indicator, as well as a convenient stop valve for hydraulic component maintenance and replacement.

3. The high-pressure oil pipes within the hydraulic system exhibit a pressure resistance of at least 450 BAR.

4. Vehicle stability can be enhanced with the optional rear stabilizer, which can be controlled in 2 ways: either in tandem with the rear box lock or as a separate control. For single rear axle chassis, an axle stabilizer is not available as an option.

5. Stringent anti-corrosion measures have been taken, including the application of high-quality paint to steel components, anti-corrosion treatment for metal parts like shaft connectors, hard oil pipes, hose fittings, and bolt joints, with a salt spray test duration of over 700 hours.

6. In areas of concentrated friction between the hook and the box body, integral castings are employed, offering robust mechanical properties and excellent friction and lubrication characteristics.
