Working Principle

CSCTRUCK Skip Container Truck SINOTRUK is mounted on HOWO second-class chassis. The collecting hopper is placed in the semi-enclosed refuse body. The power take-off obtains power from the transmission, drives the hydraulic oil pump to rotate, and generates high-pressure oil and sends it to each oil cylinder. When dumping the goods, firstly open the truck cover, the collecting hopper takes the axis as the fulcrum, and the hoisting arm rotates around the hinge point, so that the collecting hopper is inclined backward to complete the purpose of unloading. Note: Before lifting, the supporting legs must be lowered to ensure the vehicle is stable and safe. Before driving, the supporting legs must be retracted to a high position, and attention should be paid to whether the supporting legs are automatically loosened during long-distance transportation.

Main Structure

1. Self-unloading mechanism: It is formed by welding a box-shaped structure composed of steel plates. The main function is that the multi-way valve controls the oil tank to drive the swing arm to rotate around the axis. The rotation angle is 145 degrees, which can lift heavy objects (such as a hopper), and a tipping motion on the hopper.

2. Hopper: When the bulk garbage are loaded into the hopper, hang the hoisting chains at both ends, and the hopper can be hoisted to the refuse tank by rotating. When unloading, the swing arm is rotated and lifted away from the refuse tank. Reverse unloading is possible, and its maximum tipping angle can reach more than 86 degrees.

3. Hydraulic System: It consists of power take-off, oil pump, manual multi-way reversing valve, balance valve, oil pipe, oil tank, etc. The whole system is powered by automobile gearbox and power take-off. Manual multi-way valve operates outrigger cylinder and swing arm cylinder for telescopic motion. The amount of oil discharged by the oil pump of this system can be regulated by the manual throttle under the car. The handle of the manual reversing valve controls the stroke of the valve rod to control the movement speed of the piston rod of the oil cylinder. The system pressure can be set (adjusted) by the safety relief valve. If the system exceeds the set pressure will be overflowed by the safety relief valve
