The utilization of aluminum alloy materials in oil tankers can significantly enhance their lightweight and performance. CSCTRUCK presented two tank trucks made of aluminum alloy, which not only prioritize lightweight but also incorporate numerous optimizations.
1. One of the showcased products is an aluminum alloy liquid tank trailer, with a weight of merely 6.6 tons, a volume of up to 30 cubic meters, and a rated load capacity of 24 tons. Besides being lightweight, this tank trailer has undergone optimization to enhance efficiency and safety during loading and unloading. The tank trailer features a bottom-loading system that supports both top-filling and bottom-loading. Additionally, the tanker includes a liquid overflow prevention system when bottom-loaded, along with an anti-drive-off system that keeps the tank trailer in a braking state until all valves and loading and unloading ports are closed. These measures prevent accidents and major incidents, increasing work efficiency.
To minimize oil and gas losses, the tank trailer comes equipped with an oil and gas recovery system, enabling the internal circulation of oil and gas between the tanker and the oil storage tank, and reducing safety hazards by preventing oil and gas leakage into the air.
The axle of the tank trailer is fitted with the standard BPW 12-ton axle for excellent load-bearing performance, along with air suspension that provides better shock absorption with less weight. Moreover, the first axle is a liftable axle that can be raised when unloaded to save fuel and reduce tire wear.
2. CSCTRUCK has introduced a new patented product - the 2-section liquid tank truck. Its unique design features a high front and a low back with a conical-shaped front section and a drop-shaped rear section. This design facilitates quick unloading and saves time. The tank's lowest point is not welded, which reduces the risk of denting caused by welding and eliminates any potential liquid accumulation points. Additionally, the sedimentation tank has a reverse flow groove, which ensures that the residual rate of materials is less than 0.08%.
The reinforced conical front directly connects to the tank body, which eliminates the need for a large beam structure. The conical design also lowers the center of gravity of the tank trailer, resulting in smoother vehicle operation. Furthermore, this tank trailer can have a square or circular cross-section, which reduces its length, making it suitable for use on roads with small turning radii.
This high-quality tank trailer features BPW axles, large single tires, air suspension, and aluminum alloy wheels, which greatly improves its lightweight and economic performance.
