ISUZU has launched series of new energy vehicles, including EV100 cargo truck, EVK100 frozen food transportation truck/garbage truck, EV600 garbage transportation truck, etc.
The garbage truck EVK100 is equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries and permanent magnetic synchronous motor. Boasting a maximum power of 110 kw and a maximum torque of 1,000 N.m. It is able to drive 300 km continuously. In addition, its batteries have a combined capacity of 80.6/96.77 kwh and can be fully recharged in just two hours. The vehicle also confroms to higher safety standards.
In the next few years, ISUZU will continue to strengthen its efforts in developing vehicles with energy-saving and higher intelligence. To constantly diversify its product line, ISUZU aims to lauch 15 different new energy vehicle models by 2022 to meet the growing demand in urban logistic and sanitation markets. By 2022, its hybrid and fuel cell vehicles are also scheduled to sell in logistic market.
