This is the first time that our Isuzu vacuum sewage suction truck has successfully entered the Georgian sanitation vehicle market. We helped a Georgian client, Mr. Howard Kurtdikize wins a tender for a 4M3 vacuum sewage suction truck from the local government of the Capital Tbilisi.

Because the client's company is a strong local trader, it has been engaged in the import trade of machinery, equipment, trucks, and vehicles all year round. So they have mature international logistics companies, EUKOR, to cooperate. The strength of the customer can get a more favorable freight price and find a suitable shipping schedule, so the payment terms we sign in the customer contract are the FOB Shanghai Port price.

In fact, it is not easy for Mr. Howard Kurtdikize to win this tender for the Isuzu vacuum sewage suction truck. The bidding period for this one-unit truck lasted for more than a year. Because the end user's initial consideration is the IVECO sewer truck. Below is the drawing of the IVECO sewer truck that was provided by the end-user first. Judging from the vacuum sewage suction truck's structure in the above drawings by our Tech. Dept., this is the most conventional structure in our sewage suction truck's series.

After analyzing the parameter requirements, engineers in the technical department of sanitation vehicles believed that the Isuzu chassis was very suitable. 

Our team immediately notified the chassis department to prepare the Isuzu chassis parameters and other related documents, including the chassis report and engine curve diagram. Meanwhile, the upper structure's specification we confirmed already.

The selection of a suitable vacuum pump is very important for sewer trucks. After analysis, our technical department finally chose the Italian pump, JUROP PN45 Vacuum Pump with 4500lt/min capacity driven by truck PTO system (axle mechanism), to match this 4M3 vacuum sewage suction truck. For the use of sewage suction vehicles in foreign countries, a point that users are very concerned about is after-sales. In addition to providing regular accessories, we also make a daily maintenance table for customers' reference.

Even for a tender of just one unit truck, we go all out. For this Isuzu 4M3 vacuum sewage suction truck, at the very beginning, the user did not require that the rearview mirror of the vehicle be powered by mirrors. The user made the request two days before the tender deadline.
