• Sludge Tank: The sludge tank is made of 6mm thick steel and has a volume of 8000 liters.
• Water Tanker: The water tanker is made of 5mm thick steel and has a capacity of 3000 liters.
• Combination Wash/Hydro Vac System: This system combines both washing and hydro vacuum functions.
• WEILONG Vacuum Pump and TONGJIE Plunger Pump: The system includes a WEILONG vacuum pump and a TONGJIE plunger pump, with a pressure range of 16-19Mpa and a flow rate of 335L/min.
• 120M Pressure Hose: The system is equipped with a 120-meter long pressure hose, with a diameter of 19mm. The reel speed can be adjusted from 0 to 25m/min.
• Water Flushing: The water flushing feature has a width of 2.5m-3.5m and operates at a pressure of 9Mpa, with a flow rate of 120L/min. It can clean a width of over 16m, and the water gun range is greater than 38m.
• Sludge Tanker: This is a tanker specifically designed for transporting sludge.
• High Capacity Cyclone: The cyclone has a full opening lid and a high capacity for efficient separation.
• Drain Valve: The front head of the tank is equipped with a 2" quick-acting brass drain valve, which can be heated if necessary.
• Air Open/Spring Close Valve: The tank has 2-4" air open/spring close valves with camlock fittings. It also features a 1-6" discharge valve.
• Hydraulic Rear Door Assembly: The tank is equipped with a hydraulic full-opening rear door assembly, which includes 6 heavy-duty wing clamps and a double-acting hydraulic cylinder.
• Pipe Overturn Protection and Gussets: The tank has 4" pipe overturn protection and gussets for added stability and safety.
• Exhaust and Intake: The tank has a 1-6" exhaust and a 1-6" intake for ventilation purposes.
• Hydraulic Dump Subframe: The tank features a full-length hydraulic dump subframe for easy unloading.
• Hydraulic Reservoir and Oil Filter: The tank includes a hydraulic reservoir, hydraulic oil filter, and sight glass for monitoring the oil level.
• Spool Valve Control: The rear door, hoist, and vibrator are controlled by a spool valve. The system also has separate controls for the wash pump, which are located inside a cabinet.
• Hydraulic Vibrator Assembly: The tank is equipped with a hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted on the bottom to aid in the discharge of the sludge.
• Steel Checker Plate Fenders: The tank has full-length steel checker plate fenders for protection and durability.
• Tubular Handrails, Numbered Placards, Static Ground Cable, Toolbox: The tank features tubular handrails, numbered placards, a static ground cable, and a toolbox with a rain lip.
• Suction Boom Assembly: The tank includes a 6" or 8" suction boom assembly with a 4' extension. The boom has hydraulic-powered functions and can be extended.
• Electronic/Hydraulic Pendant Controls: The system is controlled by an electronic/hydraulic pendant control with a 25' cable. The boom can fully extend up to 16'.
• Nozzles: The system comes with 10 different-sized nozzles for various applications.
• Customizable Color: The tank can be painted by customer specifications.
