BRIEF

This ISUZU Sewer Pump Truck is designed to collect, by suction, and transport sewage and sludge. Vacuum Sewage Tank System Body mounted based on an ISUZU 700P truck chassis with Italy JUROP pump consists of a subframe connected to the truck chassis, a cylindrical tank, a hydraulically opening full diameter tailgate, and the vacuum system powered by the PTO.

The ISUZU Sewer Pump Truck is intended for vacuum cleaning of cesspools and transportation of fecal liquids to the disposal area. The upper part of the tank structure is designed to suck different liquid wastes, mud, and dirt from mud or septic tank; Upper part of the tank structure is stable/resistant to frequent cleansing and disinfection; Tank capacity/volume 4 M³; Tilted angle of the tank to backward approximately 3°; Steel material grade Q235, with cylindrical Transverse cut; thickness 5 MM; Front and rear walls thickness 6 MM; External reinforcement; Internal separation partitions 4 MM thickness, Made from steel Q235; Three levels indicator installed on back door's top, middle and lower parts; Two peace of 4´´ diameter ball valve with aluminum fast connector for back wall for tank filling and emptying/draining, where connects tanks filling and draining hoses. Tank draining and washing are done with full lift, which is done by hydraulic cylinders.
