Sewage suction part: Italian vacuum pump, an 8m sewage suction pipe (with quick connector), tool box; 

Details: the sewage tank body is made of 6mm high-quality carbon steel plate, and the water tank body is made of 6mm thick high-quality carbon steel plate, install hand washing device, anti-overflow valve (with filter screen), water and sewage communication (with filter screen), thick sewage observation pipe; cover a 100 ball valve on the back of the tank, a 150 ball valve; back cover can be opened hydraulically, with manual locking device.

Design is optimised with the benefit of over 20 years experience to give the lightest weight with the longest life. Compliance with all national and international standard required.

Vacuum Systems

Full range of air pumps available, from 150 cubic metres per hour to 2500 cubic metres per hour. Further specialist equipment is available. Pump types include rotary vane, oil free, air cooled, water cooled, liquid ring. Multiple pumps can be fitted for specific applications. The vacuum system is designed to minimise pumping losses regardless of pump type.

Storage

Hose storage is available using open racks, open trays or enclosed boxes of various design in varying lengths to suit operator requirements. Storage for other equipment such us workwear, wet weather gear tools etc. is available as required.

Loading and Discharge

Apart from vacuum loading through valves, from 75mm to 150mm various top fill options are availabe with multi-clamp, single clamp, and automatic top hatches. Where access is required ladders and catwalks compliant with Health and Safety Executive guidelines are fitted. Tanks can be discharged using pressure or gravity.

Control Systems

Control systems are designed for maximum reliability, minimum operator effort with the most ergonomic positioning. Interlocks are provided where appropriate to prevent incorrect or unsafe operation.

Other Options and Features

The tankers can be fitted with various options including valves from 75mm to 150mm diameter, level or air operated. A fully opening rear door, hydraulically operated top hinge or side mounted manual. Hydraulic or manual door clamps. Inlet/outlet, overspill and vent valves can be interlocked for safety. A 600mm diameter rear access manholes can be fitted and the control location can be duplicated along with fitting sign boards. A tipping system is also available.
