FOTON Mini Road Sweeper Truck

BRIEF

The FOTON Mini Road Sweeper Truck is mounted on FOTON FORLAND chassis, adopting the method of suction and sweeping to collect garbage, wet dust removal, electro-hydraulic control, and hydraulic dumping and unloading to clean the road surface. The auxiliary engine is used to drive the fan and hydraulic system to ensure the continuity of the cleaning process. The four cleaning discs in the middle can adjust the speed according to different cleaning conditions. The fully floating suction nozzle is adopted, which has a good cleaning effect and long service life.

Road Sweeper Truck Tank

1. 304 stainless steel Water Tank and Garbage Tank.
2. Hydraulic dumping of the garbage tank ≥50°.

3. The interior of the water tank is treated with anti-corrosion.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic oil pump is imported from Italy with long service life, stability, and reliable, and low failure rate; the hydraulic valve is a solenoid valve imported from Germany; the hydraulic pipeline adopts the German standard technology sealing structure, which has good vibration resistance and high sealing reliability.

Sweeping and Suction System

The combination of four sweeping discs and suction cups has strong sweeping and suction capabilities; the brooms on both sides can work at the same time, or one side can work independently. The width of the cleaning operation is about 2.6m, the cleaning speed is 5-20 km per hour, and the fuel consumption of the cleaning operation is as low as less than 2.5L per 10,000 square meters

Operation and Control

The key electronic control components adopt French Schneider technology, the control box is in the cab, and the electrical control of each system is centralized, which is easy to operate
