BRIEF

The SINOTRUK HOWO chassis serves as the base for the SINOTRUK 6CBM Street Sweeper Truck, which is specifically designed to clean various urban areas such as city roads, highways, construction sites, bridges, squares, and cement concrete road surfaces. This sweeper truck has an integrated combined operation, with a Truck Mounted Superstructure of Vacuum Road Sweeper that includes a 4 cubic meter waste tank capacity and a 2,000-liter water tank.

The Sweeper Body Kit is constructed with high-quality, wear-resistant stainless-steel plates welded tanks, along with an auxiliary engine, air blower, sweeping system, suction system, water sprinkling system, hydraulic system, and electric system. Additionally, there is a front spraying bar and hose reel installed that can be used for dust suppression in roadside and narrow lanes, as well as for washing the sweeper body.

The control panel for the sweeper truck is located on the right side of the driver's cabin, which provides the necessary instructions to operate the truck.

Sweeper Truck Tank

1. Composite of Water Tank and Garbage Tank of 304 stainless steel.
2. Dumping by telescopic cylinder lifts the garbage tank ≥50°

3. The interior of the water tank is treated with anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and anti-virus, which makes the operation of the water pump safer and ensures the efficiency of cleaning.

Sweeping System

Fours brushes are installed between the front and rear axle, driven by a motor. Left and right brushes are controlled to lift up and down separately. The rear brushes and suction nozzle are gang controlled for up and down.

Suction System

1. The suction device has the function of avoiding and resetting automatically when encountering obstacles.

2. This function can effectively solve the problem of easily damaged dust collectors.

3. Full floating suction nozzle, with the characteristics of large vacuum width, high vacuum efficiency, and conducive to the adjustment and maintenance of suction nozzle.

Operation and Control

Equipped with a cab-in electric control panel and camera for monitoring truck reverse, sweeping, and cleaning.
