BRIEF

 

24CBM bulk feed trucks serve primarily to transport finished bulk feed products or raw feed materials from feed mills to livestock farms, poultry farms, and other feed processing facilities. Additionally, they can transport certain non-corrosive powders and granular materials, such as those found in pharmaceutical factories or grain depots. These bulk feed trucks feature a feed tank mounted on the chassis, equipped with a feed inlet at the top. A screw conveying unloading pipe, commonly referred to as an unloading auger, is positioned atop the tank. This pipe can rotate and lift freely, with an elevation angle reaching up to 60 degrees.

During transportation, the spiral tube lies flat on the tank's surface. However, during unloading, it is raised so that the discharge port at its end aligns with the feed door on the storage tank of the livestock or poultry farm. Control devices, either installed in the cab or at the end of the tank, facilitate operation. When unloading, power from the bulk feed truck's output shaft and reducer drives the screw, enabling the unloading process.

3. Featuring a fully automatic hydraulic system, this setup ensures user-friendly operation and convenience. Utilizing a truck chassis alongside standardized components such as gear pumps and hydraulic motors, including locally sourced hydraulic parts, facilitates maintenance.

4. The tank design allows for the installation of separate bins, facilitating the simultaneous transport of various feed types or expansion materials.

1. Treating metal surfaces through both physical and chemical shot blasting techniques.
2. Application of crystal skin treatment.
3. Filling and smoothing surfaces with alloy putty.
4. Application of electrostatic powder coating.
5. High-temperature baking at 200-220°C for heat curing.
6. Cooling at normal temperatures following treatment, ensuring resistance to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures.
