The shape of the tank is elliptical or rectangular and the material can be high-quality carbon steel plate Q235, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy. The whole tank was divided into two compartments or more compartments with several inner baffles to reinforce the tank strength and prevent longitudinal surge during movement.
Carbon steel sheet Q235-A, with a thickness of 5-10mm, is applied in accordance with international standards.
A well-known pump is used.
Automatic welding is used for the main parts, while carbon dioxide welding is used for the accessories to ensure excellent tank performance.
The sub-crossbeam is made of a 5mm thick rectangular steel sheet and is welded in one piece.
An emergency fire extinguisher is placed at the back of the truck.
Customization options include:
A) designing the pump for metered or non-metered in/out flow or self-flow;
B) designing the tank as single or multiple compartments;
C) installing heating pipes, and insulation layers, and choosing materials such as rock wool, glass wool, polyurethane foam, aluminum silicate, white glass reinforced plastic, cold carbon steel, stainless steel sub-mirror, or matter board for cladding;
D) installing 1-3 self-flow valves at the end or side of the tank.
