SUMMARY
To prevent instability in the trailer caused by fluctuating liquid and changes in axle load, a 38000 liter oil semi-trailer is designed with 5 compartments. This is necessary because when the liquid tanker is not full, the liquid moves back and forth in the tank due to a certain gap. If the tank truck has a large capacity, the fluctuation's kinetic energy is high, and the center of mass changes significantly, leading to a sharp change in the vehicle's axle load. This can seriously impact the trailer's stability, particularly when driving uphill.
Without partitions, the liquid would flow to the back of the tank trailer when driving uphill, leading to a significant reduction in the drive shaft weight of the traction motor. This, in turn, would limit the passage of the train and prevent the full utilization of the tractor's traction. Similarly, when driving downhill, the liquid would flow to the front of the tank, causing changes in the tractor's axle load, further complicating stability.
FEATURES

Effectively improved transportation efficiency compared with fuel trucks. In the case of the same tonnage, the transportation cost is reduced and the fuel consumption is saved.

Using a high-pressure gas leak test, the tank has the characteristics of high strength, stable center of gravity, safe and stable vehicle transportation, etc.
3. Various pumps optional
Centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, and stainless steel pumps can be selected, which have the characteristics of a large flow rate and fast suction speed.
4. More equipment optional
Single-counter and double-counter flow meters can be selected, and tax-controlled computer fuel dispensers can be installed, with 10-15-meter automatic telescopic return reels, equipped with refueling guns. Edible oil can be measured with an edible oil computer meter.
5. Hot-rolled structural steel
Welded steel longitudinal beam and cross member are assembled and welded for chassis assembly. The finished chassis offers to bend and deform resistance with proper rigidity and strength.
6. Advanced technology
Major parts and components of the trailer are processed by advanced equipment. Longitudinal beams are finished by automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine; all the sub-assemblies are shot-blasted to improve paint adhesiveness and are painted before assembling.
