Technical Description:

• Multi-Lock side rave with load securing positions at intervals of 100 mm
• 2 landing legs, each mechanically operated and with a capacity of 12 tonnes, featuring half-round compensating feet
• Axles with air suspension and disc brakes (430 mm) that require low maintenance, equipped with raise/lower valve including auto-reset valve, and Rims center nave
• Wheel covering designed to comply with EC regulations and spray suppression following EC-guidelines
• 24 volts lighting system featuring 2 x 7-pin socket DIN ISO 1185/3731, front and rear marker lights, and two multi-function rear lights complying with EC regulations, including rear fog light and reversing light
• Floor made of phenolic-coated plywood with a thickness of 30 mm, with cut surfaces fully waterproofed and sealed, capable of withstanding floor loadings up to 7,000 kg, in accordance with DIN 283
• Continuous alloy cant rail for supporting sliding curtains and posts, equipped with EDSCHA sliding roof with a height of 125 mm, movable to the front and rear, and diagonal roof spanning
• The front wall is attached with solid corner posts, laterally restricted through loading, reinforced with plywood inner skin, and with quick release for side curtains on the front wall
• Steel container rear doors with a bolted steel frame, integrated door locks, and concealed door hinges, equipped with hinged and movable roof header
• 5 pairs of side posts that are movable and with lateral lockings from 750–1,950 mm on top of floor level (in 100 mm steps), designed for fixing and height adjustment of double deck sidebars, (5 x approx. 2,280 mm and 1 x approx. 1,076 mm), and with plank pocket set on floor level
• 12 side double deck bars with an integrated lock rail for side-to-side double deck bars, 23 side-to-side double deck bars that are lockable into the side, with a capacity per bar of approximately 480 kg, and a total capacity of the second level of approximately 10,560 kg divided over the total loading length, and with a capacity per pallet position of 320 kg
• 1 PVC curtain with full lengths vertical reinforcements, top with rollers for sliding curtains, bottom with tensioners, curtain tensioner made out of stainless steel
• Steel parts shot blasted, featuring KTL primer and high-quality surface coating (standard painting single-color); axles including wheel hubs painted black; under protection and light panel powder coated white for safety reasons; wheels silver with high-quality paint finish; reflective outline marking in accordance with ECE-R48
