To ensure easy repair, the CSCTRUCK Dry Van Box features a composite sidewall design that allows for quick and straightforward replacement of individual side panels without the need to remove the stiffeners. This design reduces downtime and increases utilization.

The side wall is fabricated from a 0.31" Composite panel fill with polyurethane foam with prepainted white, high tensile aluminum outer and inner sheet

0.31" Composite panel fill with polyurethane foam with prepainted white, high tensile aluminum outer and inner sheet

• Floor

0.25" plywood installed between the troughs and bottom rails for leak protection

• Side Posts

Side stiffeners Logistics in Galvanized steel, anti-snag, on 24" center.

• Front Posts

6 hi-tensile, hat-shaped, posts with Galvanized steel.

• Corner Posts

Front: Extruded aluminum Upper: Die-cast aluminum

• Door Frame

Made of stainless steel, reinforced with corner pieces at the top with 2 polyurethane caps.

• Interior Lining

Snag-Free interior lining galvanized interior lining is squeeze riveted with fully recessed fasteners to the outer skin and side posts. Front in 0.05 aluminum sheet.
